I did not have water for two days over the holiday weekend. I talk to them at 8:30 Tuesday morning by 2 o’clock. They had water back for me. Very polite and professional! Cleaned up after themselves and did a super job! Highly recommend this company to anybody!!

We recently purchased a home in Spring Lake and within the first four days of occupancy, the sewer pump failed due to "flushable" wipes from a previous owner. Advance Plumbing Concepts was recommended to me by the Village of Spring Lake. I gave them a call and they were out to investigate the problem the same day. Mark was very communicative, efficiently organized the sewer pumping, pump replacement, and electrical work and had us up and running again the next day. He made sure we were aware of the pricing prior to completing the work and provided very professional service. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

Came out on a Saturday in terrible weather to replace my water heater. It was an emergency and I had called 4 different providers. They were the first to respond and were very fast and friendly under difficult circumstances. Alec was great and the install took about an hour. Cleaned up the area and you'd never know he was there except for a nice new water heater. Really appreciated the quick response and great service

Everyone else doesn't call back, can't fit in a small repair, doesn't answer the phone. Mark responded immediately, and scheduled an appointment for the next morning, called an hour before to say the crew had an emergency job and they would be an hour later, and Eric and his partner did a great job in less than 45 minutes. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They are my go to plumbers now.

We had an urgent plumbing issue at our house just after "normal" business hours on a Friday.. Good Friday, actually.. and were struggling to find someone who could come out right away. I found Advanced Plumbing on a Google search and called. Mark was out of town on a trip, but he quickly made a few calls and got two of his guys to come right out to our house! We were so relieved. I was in need of a plumber when I removed an old toilet to discover water damage in the underlayment. I knew I would call this company from previous research as he had very good reviews which is very important to me. Hopefully my review will help others make their decision as well. Mark came out and could not have been nicer and very thorough. He knows his business and he answered any and all questions I had. He replaced the flange which had been broken and discussed with me how to fix the water damage in the flooring. His prices were extremely reasonable as well! He is very friendly, approachable and professional. He will be my "go-to" guy from now on. I plan on doing other projects and will definitely call him again for those! I even ripped out the entire bathroom floor (with all the hundreds and hundreds of evil staples!) cleaned up all the mold and damage and put down a new underlayment all by myself which I'm pretty proud of!

If there were SIX stars, that's what I would rate this company and experience!! I called on a Saturday night (the day after Christmas) from South Carolina to help my Mom and my Sister in Grand Haven, both disabled. Mark arrived within 15 minutes and identified the problem immediately. He texted me pictures of the part he was replacing, a picture of the invoice, and a picture of the check so I would know everything was handled. Mark was professional, knowledgable, kind, and accomplished the task with the highest integrity. I recommend this company hands down for your plumbing needs!!! Thank you Mark (and wife)!
